One of four caches that will provide you with the co-ordinates for a final (GC31BHC). The final will be closer to cache 4 than cache 1 (you're welcome).
Parking nearby or safely park on shoulder of road - please use caution.
Kalar Rd is one of my favorite roads in Niagara Falls. It is no where near the tourist area and I can use it to get from one end of the Falls to the other (as long as the train-mojo is on my side).
