Cachen er ved Lærkehøj ude i Stråsø plantage.

Det siges at på dette sted var H C Andersen forbi 13. juli 1859 og skulle have fået inspiration til at skrive digtet "Jylland"

Der er også et højt udsigtstårn på lækrkehøj som giver en fantastisk udsigt ud over landskabet. Adgang til dette tårn sker på eget ansvar.

Stråsø plantage er også kendt for sine mange råvildt og krondyr som omkring sol nedgang kan ses i store flokke. Der vil på sigt komme en cache ved et godt sted at beundre de " vilde" dyr.
Der er gode angangsforhold til cachen, man kan parkere flere steder i Stråsø. Dog anbefaler jeg at man cykler fra Vind Kirke og ud i plantagen det vil ca. være 12 km tur inden man er tilbage.

The cache is located at Lærkehøj, it is said that the famous Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen visited spot in the 13th July 1859, where he got inspiration for his term of Jutland.

there is good access by foot and by bicycle. It is possible to park in different places in Stråsø plantation.
