Feb 28, 2012 Update; The Surprise container failed. Replacement is a camoed 35mm container.
Caution, this cache is not for the feint of heart. Seeking the cache may cause you to be seriously surprised.
Each Friday, Meier and Frank, one of Oregon's oldest departmant stores, offered deepely discounted items every Friday. The sale items were called, "The Friday Surprise".
Friday Surprise ads were published in the Oregon Journal and the Oregonian. Bargain hunters looked forward to learn what would be on sale each Friday.
That is all gone now. The store is now Macy's; the Oregon Journal is gone; the Friday Surprise is no longer.
For those of good health, there is a Friday Surprise for geocachers.
Please replace as found so that the next cacher can have the same surprise; or should we say, enjoyment. Oh, please BYOP.
PS: It will be best to lokk for this on any day, except Sunday. Many muggles are around on Sunday.
