Geocache Description:


This colourful mural and related works adorn the north side of Richmond Railway Station.

The Stewart Street mural was designed and painted by artists Kim and Dale Nicol and "combines sporting and urban imagery to reflect the surrounding environment" (Council website).

The work was commissioned by the Yarra Council and was undertaken with the permission of property owners VicTrack, and site managers, Connex. At the completion of this mural, artist Kim Nicol was commissioned by Connex to create a further series of murals around Richmond Train Station.

The cache is an eclipse tin painted to suit its surroundings, Please BYO pen/pencil. Reception will be a bit compromised right at GZ but there are not many hiding places.
