This cache is located at "The Most North Land of Taiwan" in Dongyin, Matzu, more exacter, it's located in Xiyin island.

The traffic here is not quite convenient, the only way is by Tai Ma liner, it's a special and also the farthest point from Taiwan which civilians can reach.
