Deceangi: Rather than keep this cache temporarily disabled (which should only be used for shortish periods) I'm archiving it. If/when the cache is ever replaced I'll gladly unarchive it assuming it still meets the guidelines.

Geocache Description:

Trolls Bridge Cache is located within the village of Anstey, Leicestershire, UK. It is located a short walk from one of the bridges that crosses Rothley Brook, located at the end of Sheepwash lane. This is on the outskirts of castle Hill Country Park.

Legend has it that there was once an evil troll that ruled the village of Anstey many , many years ago. The troll struck fear into the villagers until the day they drove it out of the village. Some still believe that the troll frequents this bridge and the Packhorse Bridge within Anstey. The only evidence to suggest this, is that many years ago when the farmer would march his sheep and goats up "Sheepwash Lane", quite often he would be one short upon his return to the barn - vanished without a trace!

The updated Cache contains a logbook, pencil and 3 travel trolls Amber, Emerald and Ruby who are on their year long vacation - search for "UMO's Troll" on Facebook and "like" to update and follow their diary as they travel round the world (well hopefully!).
