Cachen befinner seg ved butikken på Våg, ikke så langt unna Elias Blix`s hjemsted.
The cache is located by the grocery store at Våg, not far from where Elias Blix was born.

This year, (2011) it was 175 years since Elias Blix was born in Våg,on the Sandhorn island. This has been celebrated on many occasions and many places in Gildeskål during the year. There were no caches on the island before, so we found out that we had to put one here, in honor of the jubilee. There is good parking here, both large and small vehicles. It is also the marina nearby, so you may well come by sea, if you like. Good luck :)
