The Bethwell Community Center was built in the 1950's as a community gathering site.
For a number of years, the center sat dormant and unused due to the need for significant renovations and maintenance. In 2011, the city of Milton finished ~$140,000 worth of renovations on the facility, including adding a large front porch, kitchen facilities, a playground, and 17 parking spaces.
The cache is a large container at the edge of the grounds containing trinkets suitable for trading. It is NOT on the other side of the fence.
NOTE: muggle activity could be high during the day on some days where there may be events or a summer camp; outside of those times it is muggle-free.
