Hello fellow Cachers,
We are planning a get together in Lubbock on 9/17/2011. We will have food, games, and prizes. This is a great chance to meet other cachers in the area. Bonewater Bunch, and Rreed4800 will be providing the hot dogs and hamburgers. Anyone that would like to attend please R.S.V.P. by clicking the "log Visit" tab and selecting "will Attend" from the drop down menu and post what you can bring and # of people attending. TOTAL # OF CACHERS THAT PLAN ON ATTENDING SO FAR: 55
Items needed: Hamburger/ hotdog buns, drinks, plastic cups, snack and side items, and desserts (lot of desserts :-). Also need someone to bring a cheese, lettuce, and tomato tray for the burgers. Please read the below posts to see what people are bringing and what is still needed. We will have a table set up for people to trade "trade" items.
On another subject, Poolman55 and Team Edwards suggested we plan a few Cash In Trash Out events while we are all at the picnic. So think of some areas around town that could use cleaning up and hopefully we can get that in motion.
