This cache is hidden along the path that goes along the Trent and Mersey canal
Parking in Shardlow can be quite sparse at the weekends but generaly can be found down any of the side streets. I found this path while searching for a nice peaceful walk to walk my dog on after a busy day at work. You will find the cache just after the permanent moorings that preceed Shardlow lock. At GZ you will find a small clearing in the undergrowth where a tree is growing. The cache has been placed in the trunk of the tree in plain view, so your best stealth tecniques will be required as the muggles on boats like to watch!
The cache only has room for the log so please take a pen/cil with you.
**You will also need a tool to extract the log from the cache as it is a very tight fit**
