With A Little Help From My Friends Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

the frisbee team: This cache has been missing for a few months and I've been waiting to see what the parks people did with the area. After visiting today, I no longer feel this is a suitable area for a cache so time to say farewell.

Geocache Description:

Hate puzzle caches? This one's for you. Read on.

Now don't get me wrong. I like puzzle caches.... usually. But sometimes I'm going to an area and I want the answer now. Sometimes I just can't figure it out. Sometimes the puzzle is based on technical knowledge or inside information I just don't have. Sometimes the subject matter is something I just don't care about. And sometimes (okay, usually) I'm just plain lazy. So here's the deal. If you want to find this cache; there are 2 ways. The first is to cheat. Send me the answer to any puzzle I haven't solved yet and I'll send you the answer to this one, or any other I have the answer for that you need. If you don't have an answer I need, pick someone else on the page and trade answers with them. Simple, one for one trades. Difficulty 1 star. The second way - the die hard, purist way - involves a difficulty of about 42 stars; but it is possible to get the answer without cheating as described above. It would take far more technical knowledge than I have, so without cheating as described above, I wouldn't get the answer to my own puzzle. So the question is... are you going to stoop to my level? The choice is yours. I will send out a mass email to all the people who want to find this one approximately 48 hours after publishing. Then you can all go share the FTF - with a little help from YOUR friends.

Okay, this has been fun;you've all been so nice. So I've decided to go one step further.... I'm posting further hints (spoilers even) for all the puzzle caches I presently have active. Help yourself. No trades required.

GC1AKGW Miss Frisbee's First Cache

This is a simple code where two dog sounds can be matched to two letters on the top and bottom of the encryption scale beside the hint.(ie Arf and arf; top of line A, bottom is N) If you need more letters to start - the last word of the puzzle is "park."

GC1Q67E Liar's Cache

The only lie is the first line.

GC1W657 U Rock

You need to go to the site and copy down all the numbers on the rock and use the appropriate one according to the puzzle. Don't miss any numbers!

GC 1ME93 No Remorse: Mad Dash

The morse code is a red herring. All you need to do is count.

GC1ME7Y No Remorse: Leonardo's Cache

This one is morse code but is written backwards, right to left as da Vinci was known for doing.

GC 1MEAC No Remorse: My First Puzzle

This is not morse code either. It's a connect the dots puzzle.

GC1ME93 No Remorse: The Ladder

The last of this series is morse code. The only secret to this one is to be patient and follow instructions EXACTLY. Any shortcut will cause incorrect results.

GC341PJ A Day At The Diamond.

It's a long story, but it's a simple word search puzzle for the coords. IE Find 5 in the words "if I've."

Hope that helps some of you. Happy caching!
