Red Barrister: This one was real fun for me. Right in the center of all these fast food locations, but my cache page attribute says no food nearby. The rubber chicken with a bison tube in its rear was hung inside and two inches below the top of an open four inch pipe attached to the utility pole behind the Kentucky Fried Chicken. I worked at a KFC when I was in high school; I haven't returned since for their food. My cache page and its background are fairly clear that I don't recommend dinner at any of these places.
I visited the site last night due to the clear explanation of a problem in the prior log. Our thanks to that finder for preserving the bison tube for later reuse. However, the rubber chicken was gone, again. My partner and I discussed whether to buy another chicken and restore this a third time.
We decided it is time to archive this one and open the area, hopefully for another creative, fun and different cache. I'll be real disappointed if someone replaces my rubber chicken with a lamp skirt lifter.
