What the heck is this doing here? I’m waiting for a statue or a monument to be placed here. Maybe even a water fountain. That would at least make sense. This has been like this for several years now with no real purpose yet. I guess as the area is developed it will get some use. Until then it just seems odd to me so what the heck, let’s put a cache here. BYOP --Snow will make this one more difficult-- **UPDATE** Looks like and apartment complex is going up on the west side of the road with more to be built later.
