Geocache Description:

October is the season of color, and you don't see more colorful autumns then you see in New England! Every year tourists come from all over to enjoy a day ride or a vacation surrounded by the beauty of nature. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the beautiful foliage New England has to offer as you relax and share caching adventures in a gorgeous setting overlooking the beautiful mountains and valleys.

The Warfield House Inn is located on 528 acres of land offering its guests a wonderful trail system to enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, XCountry skiing, and more.

The event will be from 12 noon - 4 p.m. at the Pavilion of the Warfield House. There will be an a-la-carte BBQ menu, pay as you go. Travelling from the Berkshires it is recommended that you take Route 116 South to Route 112 North to Route 2 West. Many of the other local roads have been damaged/closed due to Hurricane Irene.
