Cache Hidden On Private Property With Permission
Built in 1919, the Fairview Grange has been active in Clallam County for nearly 92 years and is going strong.
Historically, the Grange was a center of activity for loggers, farmers, local business owners. During WWII the Army even used the building for a few months after the attack on Pearl Harbor. The Grange has been instrumental in providing everything from power for area farms to supporting local foster children with things like school supplies. Community groups often rent out the picnic facilities behind the main building and baseball teams practice on the field.
Our local paper did a nice article about the building that is still available for viewing. Google "Fairview Grange Washington State" to find out more facts about this historic structure!
You are looking for a camo bison tube. There is no need to enter the picnic area or baseball field to locate the cache. As always, watch out for muggles. Please replace cache exactly as found.
Thanks to current Grange Master, John, for permission to place this cache!
Congratulations to Bigawop and Woppawife for the FTF!
