Park and grab cache near the entrance of the Hollyridge Trail
I have had many people email me over the years asking me the best way to approach the final for a cache I adopted, GC32C7 "DOOWYLLOH". I always try to give good directions, but I figured it was time to to do this the easy way and place a cache near the trailhead.
Nothing tricky or fancy, just a cammoed pill bottle that will hopefully start you on an enjoyable caching hike with memorable views.
If you want to make a go of it all the way to "DOOWYLLOH", the final coords for the multi are N 34 08.080 W 118 19.333.
To all those that think I am ruining the point of the multi, I would like to point out that the cache was originally hidden in early 2002 before we were lucky enough to have the dense cache saturation that has sprung up over the years. The two points of the multi, while still active, are almost a mile apart and require a strenuous hike to reach. I would like as many people as possible to be able to find the cache behind the sign, and I don't wan to deactivate such a long standing cache. I have also received many disappointed emails from people who thought that they could place a cache at the location of the final, not realizing there was already a cache there.
