Ceasar's Treasure Traditional Cache

We once knew this spot as a famous Bazaar but due to a name change and re-construction, it is no longer a bazaar. On Friday evenings during the warm seasons, this area is filled with automobiles ranging from 1950 Classics to today's modern customizations, loud music and ice cream trucks. This is a big hang out spot for car enthusiasts (including myself) so nighttime seekers be aware of possible muggle's. Daytime seekers beware as well, high shopping area. If you see a group of cars hanging around the lot after 10pm or so, come by and say hi to the Dark Red Jeep :)
The cache is only small enough to hold the log book and possibly a small magnetic item such as a magnetic trackable or magnetic coin.
