Located on Towal Road. There is a place for larger vehicles to turn around at the end of the road but it is on private property. So it is best to come here only in a smaller vehicle as there is only a small area to pull over and turn around on this lightly used road. Watch out for snakes during the warm summer months.
Part of my station location series along the old SP&S Railroad now merged into the BNSF Railroad system. Located near the old station location of Towal (Towel) where grain and cattle used to be shipped. The old location is now underwater and trains now only meet here at the current location. There is a great view of the river and an old stone fence nearby at this very peaceful spot.
