September is a time of warm days, cool nights, and old home days celebrations. Well, let's get together and have a Geocaching Old Home Day celebration of our own.
We will have a table set up on the town common from 11 Noon until 3 PM. Please stop by anytime for a quick 5 minute visit or stay a couple hours and talk to old friends and meet new ones.
We hope to also draw the attention of muggles and to educate them about our hobby.
No meals will be served at this event, however snack foods will be present. Feel free to bring your favorite snack and drink. A fold up chair is also recommended.
There are many caches in the local area. Some require boats, some require wading, some require long walks. There are short multis, interesting puzzle caches, and if that isn't enough, maybe some new caches will be published the day of the event.
Dunbarton has told us that there should be plenty of parking available around the common however, if needed, overflo parking will be at the school. A short .15 walk from the event.
