Geocache Description:

The cache is on private property and permission has been granted by the RV park. Please don't rearrange the rocks. It isn't necessary.

Harris Humphreys began delivering milk in 1911 in a single horse-drawn carriage. His dairy had two cows. During their heyday there were more than three dozen employees and almost a dozen trucks. There were many dairies in Hot Springs at one time but Humphrey's outlasted them all. After 94 years of service to the surrounding communities they closed in 2005.



The cows have moo'ved on and 400 Acres of pastureland have been sold. Things are changing fast. Drive by and reminisce before it is too late! Please do not trespass on the dairy property "Where the Best Milk Grows." You are looking for a small container with small trade items. Happy caching. ***Congratulations to perm74 - FTF ***
