There is a series of ranks a Boy Scout must achieve on his way to Eagle. They include Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, Life and Eagle. Each one requires greater effort and skill. Only 3% of the boys who set out on the trail to Eagle ever achieve that lofty rank. This cache honors those scouts who have achieved the rank of Life.
This should be a quick park and grab. Bring your own pen.
When I originally placed this, it was on an empty lot. Someone had the audacity to build on my cache site, so I moved it over one lot to the empty lot next to it.
