In winter, you can see over a hundred of Japanese red-crowned cranes and some sea eagles here. You can enjoy to eat meet of deer in the restaurant near here. Also, there are camping ground, spa, and an art museum.
I am also the owner of SHITAKARA River (GC1159V) near here. I come here twice a year at least and my brother lives here. He or I will be able to maintain the cache easily.
