Adding to the Sumner County cemetery series. This cemetery is located on Anson Rd between 130th & 140th S. It is in Falls Township amd from Corbin it is 1 mile East and 2 1/2 miles South.
The Spring Creek Cemetery company was chartered January 31, 1882. The first recording of a deed for this cemetery was dated May 13, 1893. On July 18, 1938 the name was changed to Corzine Cemetery. The first burial is believed to be that of Morgan E. Sturm, who died Oct. 25, 1878 although the oldest legible stone is that of Stephen A. Hildreth, 1875.
You are looking for a camo-taped pill bottle. It contains a log only, but has room for small trackables or trinkets. You will need to BYOP. There are restroom facilities on site if you desire to use them. Please show respect to those that are buried here and the property.
Congratulations to crazyturtle on the FTF!!!
