From The Beatles' 1968 double album, commonly known as The White Album, "I Will" features Paul on lead vocals, guitar, and also singing the bass line. It was one of the songs he worked on after the group's trip to India to visit the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Though it seems like a short simple ditty at under 2 minutes in length, it took 67 takes to record. Take #65 is the one on the album.
This song is probably my favorite of the lesser known Beatles tunes. And I've always been amused at the track's placement on the album -- this gentle quiet love song is right after another Paul song, "Why Don't We Do It In The Road".
Easy cache to find if you've seen this kind of hide before, but difficulty has been upped a bit as stealth will be the challenge at this busy spot, with drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians all around you.
Happy caching!
