Geocache Description:

The cache is located in an ancient city called Alexandria Troas, little known to mass tourism.

Alexandria Troas is an ancient Greek city situated on the Aegean Sea near the northern tip of Turkey's western coast. It is located in Turkey, Çanakkale province and very close to Dalyan village. The site sprawls over an estimated 400 hectares (1,000 acres); among the few structures still extant today are a ruined bath and gymnasium complex and a recently uncovered stadium. The cache is located near the ruined bath of this marvellous and little known ancient city. The cache in located near the right column of the ruined bath seen in image_1. There are three pieces of rock near the right column of the bath (img_5). The cache in the crack betwen the two furthest rocks covered with some small stones.
