First part in a series. All the caches in the series cost about a
dollar to make. (Excluding supplies I already had)
I picked this one up at a nice little thrift store nearby, when i
saw this, I knew it would be perfect for a 5 star Difficulty
geocache. I hope you enjoy! BYOP!
NOTE:
THERE IS NO NEED TO CLIMB ANYTHING! Please use your brain, don't
put yourself in a dangerous position! Cache is located WITHIN 10 ft
of the street. Stay away from the fence and PLEASE try not to
electrocute yourself.
