Kleiner Tradi an einem der beiden Backhäuser in Jossa

Hier wird tatsächlich in einem Steinofen mit Holz gebacken - leider nicht mehr so oft wie früher. Wenn man aber doch mal das Glück hat und das Backhaus ist in Betrieb, dann sollte man sich schnell eine große Nase des leckeren Brotgeruchs mitnehmen.
