The Hough Windmill can be approached from several public footpaths in the surrounding area. The windmill is open on Sunday afternoon's during the Summer months. Entry is free and volunteers are on hand to tell you the history of the area. If doing the caches on a Sunday you may park in the Swannington Heritage car-park. At other times park on St George's Hill and use the footpaths.
