Went a little too far, looking for where to hide this cache, and ended up slipping in mud, and falling in the creek. Don't make the same mistake. And bring your own pen.
You're looking for a container near a mostly gone and forgotten structure. There's a bit of bushwhack (~200 feet?) off near the end of Blackwater Creek Trail extension, between a creek and the James River. There may be phantom trains passing too, which could be what drew me to the place.
TAKE CARE near the structure. No need to risk life or limb for this find, but you may need to step carefully and use some caution.
You don't need to go quite as far as the structure or creek, but you will be close to the structure with a good view of both, near the cache. Cache location will be heavily overgrown during summer.
Bring your own pen.
