McDonal Airstrip was used for a short time during WW2, and a good deal of it remains today.
This cache is to alert you to the other four that are scattered around this airstrip, that your PQ may not download if you set the search parameters too narrowly.
Bush-bashing is NOT required, nor even needed, and is actively discouraged in this area. All five caches in this series are easily accessible with two-wheel drive vehicles.
To take advantage of the terrain, it is suggested you do the series in order, from #1 to #5.
If you don't use a GPS (ie., you use a smartphone), forget it. There is NO phone coverage in this area!
