On October 02, 2011 Amarillo will have it first CITO ( cache in trash out ) event to be held in Amarillo. The event will start at 9:00 am at the posted coordinates with a meet and greet, caching stories, trackable show and tell and breakfest. Coffee, Juice, Water and Donuts will be provided . At 10:00 am the CITO will began and go south down Whitaker Road. Trash bags and large plastic containers will be provided for all recycles. Please bring your own trash grabbers and gloves. Thirty two new caches with be posted around the area at the starting of the event and all who attend with receive the coordinates first. That means thirty two First to Finds. All who will attend are asked to R.S.V.P. by chicking on the "will attend" link on the caching page. This will help with knowing how much food will be needed. Many cachers in the area maybe handicapped or unable to walk and participate in the CITO. That's ok, come on out! We will need lots of helpfull eyes to watch for traffic on the road and to help with refreshments along the way. Anyone wishing to help with cups, water, juice, coffee or donuts may contact 2kings&3boys at 806-223-6194. FYI the traffic on Whitaker road is very light.
