A cammo'd micro/small cache in AVIS Lupine Road Reservation.
Lupine Road Reservation is a nice little A.V.I.S. property in Andover, MA. The reservation is along a nice stretch of the Shawsheen River and affords a view of a 19th Century stone-arch railroad bridge over the river. You can find a trail map at http://www.avisandover.org/lupine.html though it is not really necessary for this small property. Parking is along Lupine Road (beware the fire hydrant). The sign for the property is at the trail head (but at this time there are branches obscuring the sign). It is a quick walk to the cache (please use the trail), but to make it more challenging, I have used a camouflaged container. I don't know if this will be easy or too difficult. If the latter, I will add a better hint. 8-22-11 I added another hint. 10-17-11 Adjusted the difficulty rating from 3.0 to 4.0 due to all the DNFs. The container is too small for anything other than the log. Bring a pen or pencil (and maybe a tweezers). Good luck! Please don't leave the cache in plain view in the middle of the trail. Congratulations on Co-FTF to Froedo Bagginz, HostaHead, WINDWAKER1 and WolfTamer! FTF only hours after it was published, and in the dark.
