Geocache Description:

A Bridge Challenge Cache...
To log this challenge, you will need to have found and logged and/or placed a minimum of 20 caches located on or near a bridge.

Bridge... structure carrying a road, path, railroad, or canal across a river, ravine, road, railroad, or other obstacle.
- a bridge across the river
- a railroad bridge.

This cache is at the posted coordinates that take you to an equestrian bridge in the Rattlesnake Recreation area. If you come on horseback you will be closer to the cache than if you walk or ride your bike. No bikes allowed on the equestrian bridge. The cache is magnetic.

I used to hate bridge caches and tried to avoid them. Then I did the 100 days in a row challenge and learned to love them. You might say I have a love hate relationship with bridge caches. So many places to look and such creative cache owners. It became my inspiration for this challenge. In finding many of the bridge caches I went to some beautiful spots and learned much about bridges. Have some fun with this!

Some cachers may have already completed the challenge and simply need to do the logging requirements. For others it is an opportunity to hone your bridge caching skills.

A challenge cache requires that geocachers meet a geocaching-related qualification or series of tasks before the challenge cache can be logged. This challenge cache has additional logging requirements. To log this challenge, you will need to have found and logged a minimum of 20 caches located on or near a bridge. For this challenge, cache owners may include their own bridge hides in the list and they may count toward the 20 caches.

Using the geocaching.com feature of creating Lists and bookmarks, create a List of your Bridge caches. If bridge is not in the title of the cache, please include a statement relating the cache to bridges in your bookmark. Be sure the list is public and can be shared and include this cache so your list will show up on the cache page. Pictures of bridges are welcome!

There is no requirement for local bridges, they can be bridge caches you have found in other areas.

Please include a summary or story or picture of your favorite bridge cache in your list or your log.

The honor system will be used to accept the lists for this challenge.
