Geocache Description:

Normally 1 X 1= 1, but with this cache 1 X 1= 26 new caches for all to find. It would be great if you are willing to be part of a progression for placing future caches through this cache as with GC31JYW. But, placement is optional.

I was inspired by reading a cache by meandmydogs. We get such wonderful visitors and geocachers in this Bretton Woods and Crawford Notch area that I thought this cache would be perfect for this location. Hopefully 1 (basic cache) X 1 (alphabet card of 26) will = 26 new caches for all. I like this math. BE SURE TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS CACHE. The cache is hidden at the posted coordinates. It is located with other caches at the Lower Ammonoosuc Falls. You can turn off from Route 302 onto the Old Cherry Mountain Road and then immediately left into a parking area. Inside are flash cards with Sesame Street characters and letters of the alphabet with a word beginning with that particular letter. SUGGESTED GUIDELINES: 1. Sign the log in this cache and POST A NOTE stating which vocabulary card you are taking (So I can keep track of the activity). 2. Build a new cache with the card you are taking. You can make the alphabet letter the "theme" of the cache or you can use the word as part of the "title" of the new cache. 3. Your cache can be of any size or location, so visitors from other states and countries, take the card with you. 4. The cache must be open to all members, not restricted to premium members only. 5. Guidelines for placing caches as set forth by Groundspeak must be followed. 6. When you have built and released your new cache based on the card you took, then please LOG this: "White Mountains Alphabet Multiplication" cache. In your log note the GC code, the waypoint coordinates, and the name of your cache. Eventually, I will develop a Challenge related to this cache.Enjoy!! NOTE:7.1.2013 The original location broke and I've had to relocate the cache very close by, still keeping it "winter friendly" The coordinates were almost the same so I'm leaving them alone. Please approach the cache from behind the structure ( rail road tracks side) and replace the "guards" as found. Thanks and enjoy!!! 10/27/2021 Cache has been cleaned and restocked with swag, cards and log sheet. Please place its ‘guards’ as found. Enjoy.
