September (West Side) 2011 Meet & Greet
 
GEOregon welcomes you to the second 2011 West Side Meet and Greet.

Come out and enjoy some pizza and meet with a great bunch of geocachers from all parts of the Portland Metro area. Discover some TBs and coins and help plan some geocaching activities for everyone.

We will accept nominations for the position of 2012 GEO Board. Please request permission prior to nominating any individual for office. Each nomination posted on the GEO web site will require a second nomination as well as an acceptance from the nominee. The second and acceptance can also be posted on the GEO web site or voiced at the September GEO Meet & Greet on September 10, 2011.

 
Everyone is welcome; you don't have to be a member of GEO to come out and have a good time. And if you are able, please bring a donated item for the raffle prizes. Anyone who brings in a raffle donation gets an additional free raffle ticket. We also collect donations of SWAG to create new fully stocked caches to give away in the raffle and dead batteries for recycling.
 
Special note the Meet and Greet will be upstairs on the second level. There is a group that will be in the meeting room until 6:30 pm. If you arrive early please stay downstairs until the room is ready for he GEO Meet and Greet.
 
There is usually a $7/5 fee for the children to play in the play room but the fee will be wavied for the geocachers for this meet and  greet only.
