Welcome to Water Tower Park, another wonderful Des Moines City Park. This one is a pocket park that is just a few blocks over from the house that I lived in several years ago. On my last visit through, with my canine cacher, I discovered the perfect spot for a new geocache. It made me think about how I always get this silly grin on my face at the point of any discovery and I wanted to have other fellow cachers feel that in a really big way. Although this is not a difficult find it is a BIG GRIN CACHE. Big grin to be added at a later date.
NOTE: New container, as of July 2015, is currently 3 feet off the ground.

This is in a quiet neighborhood with street parking within a very short distance to Ground Zero. Please do not park on the west side of the park due to the posted "No Parking Signs". Also, please respect the daylight only usage for this park. Bring your own scripting tool.
