Coming from Oradea to Cluj, starting from Gilau, the road (E60/DN1) runs along with Somes river.
The traffic is usually too crowded and does not allow you to admire the scenery.
On the left side, after Floresti houses ends, you can admire in the foreground the large meadow of river Somes. In this landscape so quiet that you barely notice it, in the first pumping station building from underground sources, commissioned in1898, was arranged the only Water Museum in Romania, one of the few of its kind in the world. Beyond Somes, on the southern slopes of Dej and Cluj hills you can see places for entertainment and recreation and as you approach the city, mingling with areas with houses scattered among small orchards.
On the right, through and over Floresti houses, you can admire the forests on the Feleacu hills, when at last you get in the great commercial center area: Metro, Polus, Praktiker, Arabesque and who or longer.
Here you slow down, consult your GPS and look for a parking places, wich are plenty.
It's time to look for the geocache.
