I had the pleasure of spending some time here today. I met a lot of great people that work in the building just north of GZ.
The difficulty of this one is not because it is hard to find the cache, it is the area it's in and the constant traffic of all the city cars and trucks, especially the Sheriff's black and white's, through the parking lot. It is best to try to find this on a weekend or at night time.
