This location caught the DandySaan eyes on a few recent trips to and from the Emperor series and the Ramparts and thought that a warm up cache on the way in to these caches and the many others would be a fine idea. A pleasant spot to stop and contemplate the work that must have been required to build this road - and maintain it now.
The cache is about 4000 metres along Harbourview Road from the parking lot and about 300 metres higher elevation than the parking lot.
