It is interesting to see the dam, like a fish on dry land since it
is not operated anymore.
There is a unpaved road to the dam and it could be better to walk
from town rather than driving all the way in case not to harm your
car. A 4x4 will bring you all the way without problems. Just make
sure to close the gates on the way in case there are sheep in the
area. The dam is more accessible from the south bank of the river.
Notice the canyon on the way, there might even be kids bathing
there on nice summer days.
