b = the number of native plants divided by the height (in mm) of the horseshoe bund
c = the number of letters in the Maori word for the Rainbow symbol
d = the number of waka
w = the number of letters in the name of the chief who lived overlooking Tauhara Park
x = the number of nails divided by the number of blocks of wood
y = the number of eels shown hanging on the Raratuna symbol
z = the number of words in the Maori phrase for the upper symbol on Pou 6
