Geocache Description:

Be sure to look at the pictures posted here and I would like to ask that a requirement to log this one is to take a picture of something you found interesting here and post it (NO SPOILERS PLEASE). I know I can't demand requirements to post a log by the rules so it's just a friendly request.

A friend of mine lives on this road and he told me how when he first moved in his house all the head stones were tipped over, it was over grown and nobody knew it was here. Please look around; there sure are some old graves here, even a few who died in the civil war. It is great that the town has taken responsibility for the upkeep of this very old place.

There are stories of 2 children ghosts whom are buried here. Their names are Jonathon and Emily. Emily was seen dancing on the cement wall and they frequent a local residence. An older man spirit by the name of Charles, who where’s a hat, has also been in the area, but no information about his grave being here could be found. I'm not the ghost whisperer, I am just passing along what I've been told. Please be respectful of the spirits. I'm figuring they will enjoy your visit too.

The section of this road, which goes by the cemetery, used to part of the main road to Freedom. The house across the road used to be a school.

Sure reminds you to not use limestone for a grave stone.

Please be respectful of any mourners (chances would be pretty slim) and if that means you need to come back later to complete the cache please do so. The cache is not on or near any headstones.

Permission for the placement of this cache has been granted by Tim Maass ~ Town Chairman

If you would know any more history or tales of this place, I would gladly welcome them.

I will supply hints upon request from any seekers who post a DNF, but it should be fairly easy for most.
