This development was part of bribery scandal that saw a former department of public works director sentenced to 15 months in a federal prison.
The city scooped up 85 lots in here for not paying taxes and have yet to go back on the market. The city is still paying off the loan of 2.3 million to aid in building the infrastructure. So here it sits unfinished and in need of mowing.
