Geocache Description:

This cache is a short stroll from the parking lot up the Laughlin Ranch Loop Trail (take the loop clockwise).

"Coyote Canyon" is our private name for this trail because we see coyotes here so frequently: especially if we hike early in the morning or on a weekday. Alas, they never seem pleased to see us, and always head over the skyline, giving us suspicious looks. Many owls roost here, too, in the Eucalyptus trees and in the barn.

Congratulations to DavidT21, Fisherwoman, geocasual co-FTF!
