Have you ever heard of Additional Logging Requirements? It is something in addition to signing the log that the log owner wants you to do. I stumbled across this when I tried to publish a cache recently. It seems that as of April 4, 2009 all Additional Logging Requirements became fully Optional. This was one of the rules that are part of the Geocaching Listing Requirements / Guidelines (section 3.1). I skimmed this document the first time I wanted to place a cache. I was in such a hurry that I could not wait to get the cache published. Of course there were problems that needed to be fixed.

So as an Optional Logging Requirement for this cache, say a quick Thank You to those wonderful people who do know all of the rules and make sure that we follow them when we want a cache published. (For me these people are CacheMinder and CacheViewer. Thank you guys. You are Awesome.)
