Long ago, when I was young boy, I came to Killarney Race Track,
with my father for the first time.
It took a hold over me, that day. From then on I had racing in my
blood.
For many years after that I would come to watch the men in their
racing machines,
dreaming of being one of them one day.
After school I did an Apprenticeship as a Motor Mechanic, and
started helping friends with their race cars,
and they let me race, the mechanics race, and I've been racing
since then.
I now work as a Race Engineer at Killarney Race Track.
So the Dream has come true.
The Track is open from 7am-7pm on weekdays, please check in with
security and tell them you are going to the Kart
track.
Weekends you may have to pay if there is racing on, otherwise the
same as weekdays applies.
