The cache is situated in a woodland area that forms part of the Gunpowder Works park. Not only does the park contain some fascinating historical features, it also boasts some delightful woodland walks. Park your car in the Gunpowder Works car park. Proceed to the old firing range and exit SW onto Tin Shop Hill. Go down the hill for about 100 yards. The entrance to the woodland walk is on your right. For a circular family walk take the pathway to your left and walk through the woods to the top of the hill. Turn right and go down the pathway. Take another right turn (this will eventually take you back to the entrance you came in if you continue down the path). Follow the path for a short distance. The cache is situated a little distance from the path and to the right. The dense coppiced woodland can make access a little difficult. The cache is very well hidden!
