Geocache Description:

The 12th in the Doors Open Middlesex Series. To get the best of this series try in Sept 17 & 18, 2011 when all the historic buildings are open to tours.
This is a clear Lock n lock container with log & small trades.
WARNING - the hints are quite clear for new geocachers who may not have a gps unit.

One of the first public buildings constructed by early settlers, this circa 1840 church is the oldest in Middlesex County. The grave markers, the earliest dating from 1841, tell stories of an eclectic mix of pioneers, from British navy and military officers to a fugitive slave from the southern United States who was married to a white woman.
