Adding to the Sumner County cemetery series. This cemetery is located on 80th S just east of Perth.
A Warranty Deed, dated Feb 20, 1882, and filed Feb 27, 1882, shows John W. Hoover, single, deeding to John C. Gaunt, Malcolm McEachern, Edmond Rockhold, B.F. Grove, and John Knisley and their successors, Trustees of and for Bethany Cemetery, for consideration of $1.00.
The oldest legible marker is that of Louis E. Knisley, July 23, 1878, age 5 months, 9 days."
You are looking for a camo-taped pill bottle. It contains a log only, but has room for small trackables or trinkets. Please replace as found with some natural cover on top of cache. Please show respect to those that buried here and the property.
