Geocache Description:

Part of the Meat You in Maybole series.

Limited parking, popular walking route from the town, area is wheelchair accesible but to reach the cache might be a bit of a stretch and wheel chair users would probably need assistance.
.
Please note there is not need to enter the field or structure, as you will see from the fence the owner may have had problems with people accessing the cottage ruins.

This cache is beside the ruins of Kirklandhill Cottage. The ruins may soon dissapear too as it is on one of the proposed routes of the Maybole bypass, which many of the locals have been campaigning for for years, due to a very busy and congested High Street/ A77, a main route to the ferries that sail to Ireland.

Kirklandhill Path is also one of the popular walking routes from the town.

The cache has room for small weather proof swaps and trackables, please ensure the log bag is resealed as the cache is not sealable.
